Our founder started operating a party bus business in South Africa in 2010. Over the following six years, the business grew steadily, and the brand became one of the most recognised names in the party bus category nationally — known for its lighting, sound and presentation long before "party bus" was a common search term.
The company was sold at the end of 2016. Stretch Limo Hire is a new, separate business built by the same founder — the next chapter, not a continuation of that brand.
How we got here.
One bus, Gauteng roads.
Started operating with a single vehicle, fitted out for parties, matric dances and nights out.
Fleet growth & national recognition.
Expanded the fleet, built out corporate and promotional activation work alongside private hire, and became one of South Africa's most searched-for party bus brands.
Company sold.
The original business and brand were sold at the end of 2016.

A new company, new fleet and new brand — starting focused on Gauteng, with the same standard for lighting, sound and service.
